Privacy Policy
Plain version: I collect what I need to reply to you, and nothing else.
Last updated 13 October 2026.
Who runs this site
This website belongs to Juan Anzures, an independent website developer based in San Antonio, Texas. There is no company behind it and no team with access to your information — just me.
What I collect
There are two forms on this site, and both are optional to use.
The project inquiry form collects your name, email address, business name and a description of your project. You may also choose to add a phone number, an existing website address and an estimated budget.
The consultation request form collects your name, email address, the date and time you asked for, and your reason for the consultation. A phone number is optional.
I don’t use tracking pixels, advertising cookies or analytics scripts, and this site sets no cookies of its own. There are no third-party fonts or scripts loading in the background.
Why I collect it
Only to reply to you, quote your project, arrange a consultation, and keep a record of work I’ve agreed to do. I don’t sell information, rent it, or share it for marketing, and I won’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for.
Who else can see it
Submissions are stored with Supabase, the database and authentication provider behind this site’s private admin area. The site is hosted by Hostinger. If we go on to work together and you make a payment, that payment is handled by Stripe — I never see or store your full card details.
Each of these providers processes data on my behalf under its own privacy terms. Beyond them, nobody else has access.
How long I keep it
Inquiries and consultation requests that don’t turn into work are deleted once they’re clearly no longer relevant. Records tied to actual paid work are kept as long as I need them for business and tax purposes.
Your choices
Email me and I’ll tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You don’t need an account and I won’t ask you to create a password — there is no customer login on this site.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The admin area is protected by authentication and database-level access rules, not just by being hard to find. I’m one person running a small business, so I’ll be straight with you: I take reasonable care, but no website can promise perfect security.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and isn’t directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
Questions
Use the inquiry form on the homepage, or reach me on LinkedIn, and I’ll answer. I don’t publish an email address or phone number on this site.
