Modern digital systems for businesses that have outgrown the old way.
Most of the businesses I work with aren’t starting from nothing. They
have a website that used to be fine, a process that used to be small,
and a growing pile of things being handled by hand.
Website Refresh
Starting at$400
You already have a website — you just know it needs work
You don’t need to start over. A refresh keeps what’s working and fixes
what isn’t: how it looks, how it reads on a phone, and whether a visitor
can figure out what to do next without thinking about it.
If you’re still copying information between forms, texts, spreadsheets,
and email, there is almost always a simpler way. This work usually
starts with a conversation about how a day actually goes — not about
software.
Priced per project, because “we need a better intake process” can mean
an afternoon or a month. I’ll scope it before you commit.
Most listings aren’t underperforming because the property is bad. They’re
underperforming because the first photo, the title, and the first two
lines of the description are doing all the work — and doing it badly.
Airbnb Listing Audit
Starting at$99
The easiest way to start working with me
I go through your listing the way a guest does, then tell you exactly
what I’d change and in what order. No commitment beyond this — plenty
of hosts take the list and do it themselves.
You know it needs work and you’d rather not do it yourself
The audit, but I do the work. You get finished copy you can paste
straight into Airbnb, plus the message templates that quietly handle
most of the questions guests ask.
Guests keep texting you things the house could tell them
A guest walks in, scans a QR code on the counter, and everything they
need is on their phone — Wi-Fi, parking, how the thermostat works,
checkout, where to eat. No app to download, no login.
You can add an NFC tag they tap instead, but it’s optional. The QR
code works on its own.
Everything above, done together so it actually matches — the listing,
the messages, and the in-property experience all saying the same thing
in the same voice.
A few sentences is enough. If it’s not something I can help with,
I’ll say so rather than stretching to fit.
We talk it through
I ask how things work now — who does what, where it stalls, what
it costs you when it goes wrong. Often the answer is smaller and
cheaper than expected.
You get scope and a price
In writing, before anything starts. You’ll know what’s included
and what isn’t.
I build it
You see it as it comes together, not at the end. Changes are much
cheaper while things are still moving.
We check it actually worked
Something nobody uses isn’t an improvement. I’d rather hear it
missed and fix it than call it done.

Downloadable templates — guest message packs, house rule and checkout
templates, guest guide starters, and small business forms — for hosts
and owners who’d rather do it themselves.
Start a project
Tell me what isn’t working.
A couple of sentences is enough to start. I’ll tell you honestly whether
I’m the right person for it, what it would take, and roughly what it
would cost — before either of us commits to anything.
